STEP 1
Preparation

After understanding the goals of the Client, SS Consultancy develops a search strategy and an execution plan after receiving the Client's job description to initiate the hiring process.

STEP 2
Research

SS Consultancy researches and compiles a list of qualified candidates through headhunting, referral, advertisements, discreet searches, etc using our vast database
as a resource.

STEP 3
Assessment

Client is presented with a top-quality assessment report taken by SS Consultancy Recruitment Specialists, containing the list of shortlisted Candidates clearing the assessment parameters.

STEP 4
Selection

Interviews with shortlisted candidates are scheduled with the Client. Meanwhile, SS Consultancy continues to source candidates to have backups as well.

STEP 5
Completion & Follow up

SS Consultancy Recruitment Specialist proactively maintains contact with finalized candidates. As part of our support program, we provide help in documentation, orientation, joining and a smooth transition
