Experience: 4+ years

Position Summary:
This role involves contributing to the creation of customer-centric applications in the mobile payments industry by designing innovative features and functionalities. The designer will be responsible for analyzing product requirements, creating design solutions, and participating in integration testing. The ideal candidate will work with a high-performance team, delivering world-class mobile banking applications while maintaining engineering excellence and creativity.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Design/Arts discipline (preferred)

Necessary Attributes:

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app design, including UX. Experience in BFSI is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and a deep understanding of responsive design.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills in design.
  • Excellent listening abilities, capable of taking a brief and developing effective solutions.
  • Basic understanding of development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Curiosity about human behavior, thinking, and interaction with technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend design choices, while being open to constructive feedback.
  • Successful experience working collaboratively in production environments.
  • Comprehensive experience with design systems.
  • Understanding of the full product development process, including UI, visual, and interaction design.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and automated testing.
  • Keen eye for visual design and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of UI patterns and techniques for solving common UI challenges.
  • Solid understanding of how to build reusable, maintainable, and efficient UIs.
  • Passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
