Required Experience
We are looking for experienced IT Project Manager & Scrum Master with 4+ years of experience and strong expertise in planning and executing web and mobile projects, building Project Plans, Conducting Scrums, Coordinating Sprint launches, managing Resources, and Coordinating with Clients. Candidates must be proficient and fluent in English and must have excellent coordination skills. We are looking for candidates who are problem solvers, thinkers, go-getters, and are leaning towards leadership positions.
Skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Extremely Process-Oriented and a borderline Taskmaster
- Proficiency in building Project Plans, Planning Resources
- Master at executing projects, highlighting delays, maintaining cadence, and delivering projects in a timely manner
- Ability to understand project requirements and briefs
- Clear understanding of SDLC concepts and best practices
- Good understanding of web applications, websites, mobile applications, and related technology solutions
- Fantastic people management skills, resource planning skills, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Understanding the scope of work
- Understanding client briefs clearly
- Collecting queries from the team and coordinating with the client
- Building the required project plans
- Ensuring tasks are tracked by the team on the relevant agile/kanban tools of the company
- Understand and manage change requests
- Prepare and manage task burndowns related to the project and establish an overall project plan
- Manage daily scrums
- Develop and actively manage the plan and provide weekly status and tracking reporting on the health of the project
- Ability to manage a team of experienced developers and technical experts to develop the product
- Communication – provide clear, consistent, and timely messaging; both verbal and written; within the team and to technology and business leadership; facilitate effective and timely meetings
