Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager and Scrum Master with over 4 years of expertise in planning and executing web and mobile projects. You will build project plans, conduct scrums, manage resources, and coordinate with clients. Candidates must be proficient in English and possess excellent coordination and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Scrum Management: Conduct daily scrums, highlight delays, and maintain project cadence.
  • Client Coordination: Understand and manage client briefs, collect queries from the team, and coordinate with clients.
  • Change Management: Manage change requests and adjust project plans as necessary.
  • Reporting: Prepare task burndowns, provide weekly status updates, and track overall project health.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers and technical experts, providing clear and consistent communication.

Required Skills:

  • Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent people management and communication skills.
  • Process-Oriented: Highly process-oriented, with a strong ability to build and execute project plans and manage resources effectively.
  • Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of SDLC concepts, web applications, mobile applications, and related technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and a leadership mindset.

  • Scope & Briefs: Accurately understand and define project scope and client requirements.
  • Project Tracking: Track tasks using agile/kanban tools, manage daily scrums, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage a team of developers and technical experts to achieve project goals.
  • Status Reporting: Provide consistent, timely updates and reports on project status to both the team and leadership.
