Required Skills:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in building BRD and FSDs
  • Ability to understand project requirements and briefs to build workflows and documentation required to build the solution.
  • Clear understanding of SDLC concepts and best practices.
  • Good understanding of web applications, websites, mobile applications and related technology solutions.
  • Good people management skills, resource planning skills, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain project plans so as to ensure that projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality.

 

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  1. Understanding the scope of work.
  2. Understanding client briefs clearly.
  3. Collecting queries from the team and proposing suitable solutions in consultation with the team.
  4. Building the required project documentation, workflows, and SRS/SOWs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for the project.
  5. Maintaining the SRS documentation during the course of the project.
  6. Understanding and managing change requests.
  7. Preparing and managing task burndowns related to the project and establishing an overall project plan.
  8. Developing and actively managing the plan and providing weekly status and tracking reporting on the health of the project.
  9. Ability to manage a team of experienced developers and technical experts to develop the product.
  10. Communication providing clear, consistent, and timely messaging; both verbal and written; within the team and to technology and business leadership; facilitating effective and timely meetings.
