Job Description

The team is comprised of passionate professionals who have graduated from some of the world’s most prestigious educational institutions such as IIT, IIM, MIT, ISB, and Wharton. The company is seeking candidates who can join the team in a mutually beneficial relationship.

Candidates Must Have:

  • Good analytical and algorithmic capability
  • Excellent hands-on skills in at least one of the backend languages: GoLang, PHP, Python, Java, or NodeJS
  • Willingness to learn and work in GoLang (Familiarity with GoLang is a plus)
  • Knowledge of RDBMS or NoSQL datastores
  • Clear understanding of Git
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Backend Developer
  • Penchant for good programming practices, TDD, etc.

It Would Be Nice If Candidates Have:

  • Experience working on personal projects
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with or using cloud technologies, such as AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
  • A valid US Business visa

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
  • Design and implement extremely high-volume, fault-tolerant, scalable web-based systems solutions.
