Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in ReactJS frontend development to join our fintech startup. The ideal candidate will possess three or more years of experience in frontend development, demonstrating a track record of creating top-notch, user-friendly applications using ReactJS. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining the frontend of our fintech platform, collaborating closely with the backend development team to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high code quality and prevent regressions.
  • Optimize application performance and user experience by implementing best practices for frontend development and web performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development, and incorporate them into our platform as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on ReactJS.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with modern frontend development tools and libraries such as Webpack, Babel, Redux, Mantine, and React Native.
  • Familiarity with backend development and RESTful APIs.
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, code review, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
