Position Summary:
A leading banking technology company is developing a comprehensive tech solution in the domains of lending, forex, and allied financial services. As a Business Analyst, the role involves collaborating with both internal teams and external clients to gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements. The position demands a strong understanding of technical and process solutions while handling multiple concurrent projects independently or in collaboration.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering/IT
  • MBA (preferred)

Necessary Attributes:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of Enterprise IT Solutions, ideally within the BFSI domain.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the SDLC, particularly in Lending and Forex.
  • Hands-on experience with LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System).
  • Strong proficiency in gathering requirements and developing functional specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, encourage group consensus, and think outside the box to deliver creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey both technical and non-technical information clearly to customers and internal teams.
  • Expertise in creating comprehensive BRD/FSD documents, including project scope agreements, software development plans, functional requirements, system evaluation documents, status reports, and more.
  • Experience interacting with technology and operations teams to ensure specifications are met, changes are driven, and issues remediated.
  • Ability to guide QA teams in preparing relevant test cases by understanding functional aspects and scenarios.
  • Assisting task managers and project managers with planning, estimating efforts, providing support for business requirements, implementation strategies, and driving business strategy and product roadmaps.
