Job Title: HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and supporting HR activities for our India, US & UK offices. This includes overseeing benefits administration, handling US/UK payroll, managing onboarding experiences, and ensuring compliance with local and international employment laws.  The candidate should be comfortable working in UK shift timings (1 PM to 10 PM IST).

Key Responsibilities:

1. People Operations

  • Main HR employee experience contact from onboarding to termination.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires in India, US and UK.
  • Assist new employees in understanding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensure proper offboarding procedures are followed from creating the ticket, exit interview and termination in all systems.
  • Manage HR inbox and stay on top of employee communications – first point of contact for employee-related questions.

2. Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs in India and the US, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations related to employee benefits.

3. Payroll Management:

  • Process and manage US/UK payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper payroll deductions and contributions.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

4. HR Operations and Recruiting:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Review and audit employee files for compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment efforts by assisting with preparing job descriptions, job postings, and candidate screening.
  • Dashboard reporting (preparing monthly/quarterly reports using Excel & PPT tools).

5. HRIS Administration:

  • Ensure that HRIS is updated – employees are added/terminated and process all employee changes.

6. Employee Relations:

  • Support the HR Manager in addressing employee relations issues in India, US and UK.
  • Assist in conducting investigations and resolving employee complaints and disputes.
  • Promote a positive work environment and culture through various HR initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in India, US and UK.
  • Experience with US/UK payroll processing is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in UK shift timings (1 PM to 10 PM IST).
