I am having 19 years of work experience in Project/Construction Management, Strategy Planning, Resource Optimization, Cost Estimation & Cost Control, Contract Administration /Techno-commercial Operations. I am capable of managing a complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing.
In Wipro Limited, which is where I have been deputed as Senior Construction Manager for about 5 years 4 Months and handling the role of Construction Manager for the Civil Structures of 18 lakh sft area and Interior Fit Out works of about 8.7 lakh sft area and a Covid care hospital of about 1.55 lakh sft in two Wipro SEZ Campuses in Pune.
A summary of my key accomplishments includes the following:
- Successfully completed greenfield construction and Interior Fit Out of 1.8 Mn Sft worth about INR 445 Cr in Wipro Technologies through GC Lump-sum model of contract without cost and time overrun.
- Implemented UFAD (under floor air-distribution) as a pilot project in Pune.
- Successfully implemented a 450 bed Covid care hospital as a CSR initiative of Wipro through re-purposing an existing IT Building in about 5 weeks’ time along with all the required medical infrastructure.
- Successfully completed campus development of 50 Acres with built up area of 1.5 Mn Sft at Infosys Technologies, Bhubaneswar. The Project was completed within 18 Months including all amenities.
- Construction of Proposed Expansion of Existing Plant at Khurda, Odisha & Wada & Baramati, Maharashtra of Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd & Nestle India Pvt Ltd of about 5.85 lakh sft.
- Construction of KGD6-Onshore Terminal Project at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh with total built up area is approximately 11 lakh sft and cost INR 303 crore.

Interior fit out works of Offices, Restaurant (Tower-4) and Podium area in Wipro, IT SEZ, Gopanpally, Hyderabad. The scope of works includes interior fit out works of 65000 sft of restaurant block including kitchen for dining of about 1600 persons and finishing work of podium area of 72000 sft area which includes 3 water bodies. Total cost of the project including low side of services works is about INR 32 crore. Interior fit out works of offices and cafeteria (MB) in Wipro, IT SEZ, PDC 2, Pune; The scope of works interior fit out works of about 2.5 lac sft of offices and cafeteria block including kitchen for dining of about 2500 persons. Total cost of the project including low side of services works is about INR 60 crore (i.e. INR 2400 per sft without loose furniture).

Construction of offices in SDB 5, MB, UB and MLCP including civil, interior fit out, services and exterior development works in Wipro, IT SEZ, PDC 2, Pune; The scope of works comprises of construction of - MLCP (G + 2 nos. of basement floor, Ground floor, 6 storied) with 10 Lakh sft parking area for 3400 cars and 1000 two-wheelers, - Interior fit out works including low side of services works of SDB-5, one software development block of 5 lakh sft area, MB Block - one cafeteria of 2.5 lakh sft area, one utility block of 6000 sft area along with external development works, electrical, HVAC, FPS, Elevators, waterproofing and interior fit out works. Total cost of the project is approximately INR 445 crore. Break up of cost are given below. Civil works - INR 176 crore (INR 1320 per sft with high side of services works) Services works - INR 75 crores Interior fit out works- INR 194 crore (INR 2587 per sft with low side of services works and furniture) Interior fit out works including low side of services works of 8th floor of SDB 4; The scope includes interior fit out with low side of services works for 50000 sft of existing floor. Total cost of the works is INR 12.40 crore (INR 2480 per sft). - Interior fit out works including services works of Guest House in Wipro, IT SEZ, PDC 1. - Waterproofing works of existing buildings in Wipro, IT SEZ, PDC 1 -Renovation of existing Tower 3 building to COVID-19 isolation hospital (450 beds) in Wipro, IT SEZ, PDC 1, Pune; the work was completed in five weeks’ time. Total area is 1.55 lakh sft.
